Counselling for a life that feels more like your own.

Person-centred online and telephone counselling for adults across the UK, grounded in the belief that change begins with grace and understanding.

You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to be in crisis. And you don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about.

You might be anxious, overwhelmed, struggling with a relationship, questioning where your life is going, or simply finding things harder than usual.

Whatever brings you here, we can start there.

A space where you don't have to perform.

My approach is person-centred, which means I won't diagnose you, analyse you, or tell you how you should live your life.

Instead, person-centred counselling gives us somewhere to explore what's happening for you, honestly, without judgement and at your own pace.

Sometimes we need solutions, sometimes we need to understand ourselves better, and sometimes we simply need somewhere we don't have to pretend we're okay.

"Lauren was very pleasant and made me feel I could talk about anything that was bothering me. She made me feel calm and comfortable from the first moment I spoke to her."

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of counselling do you offer?

Grace Counselling & Psychotherapy provides person-centred counselling for adults aged 18 and over. I support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-worth, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties and life transitions, as well as those who want to understand themselves more deeply.

What can counselling help with?

You may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, low self-worth, relationship difficulties or a period of change in your life. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be in crisis to begin counselling. Sometimes, simply knowing that something does not feel right is enough.

How do I get started?

You can complete the contact form below and I will explain what happens next, answer any initial questions and, if we decide to work together, arrange your first counselling session.

You don't have to arrive with the right words.

If you're considering counselling, you can book a free introductory call and we can talk about what you're looking for and whether working together feels right.

I aim to respond within two working days. This form is for general enquiries and is not monitored as a crisis service.
