I want counselling to be as straightforward and accessible as I can reasonably make it. You don't have to commit to months of therapy before you've met me.
Start with a conversation or book a session and see how it feels.

Money shouldn't automatically prevent someone from accessing counselling.
I therefore keep a limited number of appointments available at a reduced fee for people who would otherwise struggle to afford therapy.
You don't need to prove that you're struggling financially or explain your circumstances in detail.
If cost is a barrier, please ask during our introductory call.

Sometimes you need someone to talk to at short notice.
I keep a limited number of online and telephone appointments available for short-notice bookings.
You might have had a difficult day, be feeling overwhelmed, have something weighing heavily on your mind, or simply feel that talking to someone soon might help.
You don't have to become an ongoing client afterwards.
Short-notice counselling is subject to availability and is not a crisis or emergency service.
